Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KLAVANI. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any items returned in a worn condition, displaying signs of makeup, deodorant, or animal hair, emitting odors such as cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, lacking attached tags, arriving beyond the 30-day return window from the order date, without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or categorized as Final Sale, will not be accepted. Such items received will be donated to a local charity.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your return to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
At KLAVANI, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, to maintain the integrity of our business and ensure the satisfaction of all customers, certain items are designated as non-returnable.
- Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and ask any questions they may have before making a final purchase decision.
- Intimate Apparel and Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (such as lingerie and undergarments) and swimwear are non-returnable. We advise customers to refer to our size charts and product descriptions to ensure a proper fit before purchasing these items.
- Customized or Personalized Items
Any items that have been customized or personalized according to the customer's specifications are non-returnable. This includes items that have been monogrammed, engraved, or altered in any way.
- Clearance or Discounted Items
Clearance or discounted items are sold "as is" and are non-returnable. Customers should be aware that these items may have minor imperfections and are priced accordingly.
- Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
- Exceptions
While the majority of our items are non-returnable, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have a valid reason for returning a non-returnable item, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss your situation. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
